If you’re a new Realtor and want to learn about residential and/or commercial real estate, we have a special graduated development plan with specific mentorship for Junior Associates. Our team has a limited number of Junior Associate spots. We’ll respond quickly to schedule an introduction meeting to explore the possibility of you joining the team.
Team Member Requirements:
- Weekly KPIs resulting in monthly production expectations
- Regular Mentorship meetings for Jr Associates
- Team Meeting attendance
- Lead generation activity
- WRG warm lead follow up
Team Contributions:
- WRG warm leads
- Process definition
- Database management including Touch strategy and client care
- Transaction Coordination
- Mentorship and training for Jr Associates
